Zone 1: Flow and Fun (First Timer / New to mountain biking)

(I want to get into mountain biking more and see if this sport is for me. OR…. I just want some help!)

-Instruction only: (15-30 Minute Duration) of the basics. Discussing gear, general bike maintenance / safety check, things to keep you safe, trail etiquette 101. The goal is to ensure you have a safe and fun ride. $25

-Instruction + 1 Lap with a Coach: (Up to 2hr duration total based on trail) Instruction listed above is included. Ride at a pace of your choosing. Alternate between following the coach and leading the coach on the trail. Taking breaks as needed to discuss how awesome it is to ride bikes, what we’re doing well, and what could use some improvements. $65

Zone 2: Weekend Warrior (Beginner)

(I have ridden on mountain bike trails before and I’m looking to get better so I can maximize my level of fun and safety!)

-Instruction Only: (15-30 Minute Duration) General Bike overview and discussion on safety, trail etiquette, and making sure the rider has the knowledge to have an enjoyable and safe ride. (IE: bike technical inspection, seat height / seat post adjustment, tire pressure checks, etc). $25

-Instruction + 1 Lap with a Coach: (Up to 2hr duration total based on trail) Instruction listed above is included. Ride at a pace of your choosing. Alternate between following the coach and leading the coach on the trail. Taking breaks as needed to discuss how awesome it is to ride bikes, what we’re doing well, and what could use some improvements. $65

Zone 3: Let's Go Racing (Intermediate)

(I have an interest in racing competitively and would like to take my riding to the next level)

-Instruction Only: (15-30 Minute Duration) The Lets Go Racing class starts to become more performance oriented. We discuss tire choice, tire pressure, bike geometry and set up, vision, line choice, breathing and posture techniques, measuring real time data, hydration, nutrition, and more. $25

-Instruction + 1 Lap with a Coach: (Up to 90 Minutes total duration) Instruction listed above is included. Ride at a pace of your choosing. Alternate between following the coach and leading the coach on the trail. We will discuss how to ride the bike efficiently and drop our lap times without adding any risk or additional effort. Fundamental race concepts 101. 65$

-1 Lap With a Coach: (Up to 1 hour): Ride at a pace of your choosing. Alternate between following the coach and leading the coach on the trail. We will focus on how to ride the bike efficiently and drop our lap times without adding any risk or additional effort. Fundamental race concepts 101. 40$

-2 Laps With a Coach: (Up to 2 hours): Ride at a pace of your choosing. Alternate between following the coach and leading the coach on the trail. We will focus on how to ride the bike efficiently and drop our lap times without adding any risk or additional effort. Fundamental race concepts 101. 70$

Zone 4: Corner Speed (Advanced)

(I am a faster rider / racer looking for improvements on how to improve on that last 10% of my riding)

-Instruction Only: (15-30 Minute Duration) Dive deeper in the details of bike handling, tire pressures, suspension setup, and race craft. Discussion on nutrition and fueling for carbohydrate needs and glycogen storage. 25$

-Instruction + 1 Lap with a Coach: (approx. 1hr 15 min total duration) Racers will receive on the spot motivational coaching to push their limits and maintain efficiencies (no Stops / no breaks). The Zone 4 Corner speed class will start to understand the benefits of expending energy in the right areas to reduce their lap times. 65$

-1 Lap With a Coach: : (approx. 45 min total duration or less) Racers will receive on the spot motivational coaching to push their limits and maintain efficiencies (no Stops / no breaks). The Zone 4 Corner speed class will start to understand the benefits of expending energy in the right areas to reduce their lap times. 40$

-2 Laps With a Coach: : (approx. 90 min total duration or less) Racers will receive on the spot motivational coaching to push their limits and maintain efficiencies (no Stops / no breaks). The Zone 4 Corner speed class will start to understand the benefits of expending energy in the right areas to reduce their lap times. This 2 lap option is great practice to find your sustainable pace come race day. 70$

Zone 5: On The Limit (Expert)

(Riders looking to be on the limit of their fitness and their bike and leave nothing in the tank. Full gas!)
